I ordered 12 plywood boards for shelving. While they were cut accurately to the correct dimensions, they were severely bowed. It was evident that the original boards were stored improperly, likely leaning against a wall, leading to significant warping. For instance, in a 1m board, there was approximately a 30mm difference between the highest and lowest points. Although I used them for garage storage, they would not have been suitable for indoor shelving, furniture, or cabinet carcasses. I've purchased from the company multiple times, and this is the first instance of receiving such a subpar product. I'm disappointed that they shipped these boards knowing they were not up to standard; they should have discarded the improperly stored ones instead of passing the issue onto customers. I rated them 3 stars because my previous experiences were positive, but this last order was unfortunately below acceptable standards. I may order from them again, given my past satisfaction, but I urge them to improve quality assurance before shipping.
