Not a DIY person myself but these guys helped me pick the right product and cut it perfect to size (thick hardwood for base of an big underbed DVD draw).

I ordered 12 plywood boards for shelving. While they were cut accurately to the correct dimensions, they were severely bowed. It was evident that the original boards were stored improperly, likely leaning against a wall, leading to significant warping. For instance, in a 1m board, there was approximately a 30mm difference between the highest and lowest points. Although I used them for garage storage, they would not have been suitable for indoor shelving, furniture, or cabinet carcasses. I've purchased from the company multiple times, and this is the first instance of receiving such a subpar product. I'm disappointed that they shipped these boards knowing they were not up to standard; they should have discarded the improperly stored ones instead of passing the issue onto customers. I rated them 3 stars because my previous experiences were positive, but this last order was unfortunately below acceptable standards. I may order from them again, given my past satisfaction, but I urge them to improve quality assurance before shipping.
I purchased a mirrored acrylic sheet, but the backing film arrived with micro scratches, which worsened during fitting. The backing film is very thin and lacks protective coating, making it prone to scratches that are clearly visible from the front. It's unfortunate to have wasted £60 on this.
This was my initial order with the service, and the size and materials I requested were just right. The packaging upon delivery was great. However, there was a delay due to an issue with the delivery company. Despite this setback, I plan to use them for future projects.
Despite the negative reviews, I live close to the warehouse, so I decided to pick up my parcel. The staff in the office were friendly and assisted me in locating my package. It was cut to size and perfect for my needs. I will definitely order again.
Frustrating experience so far. I received a delivery update on Wednesday stating it was coming that day, and my house was next on the route and only 30-40 minutes away. Then it showed zero stops, and the delivery truck disappeared from tracking. Later, it said next day with no ETA or tracking info. Then I got an email saying it was delayed with no new delivery date. I hope the truck is okay.
