I didn't receive confirmation of my order, and it hasn't arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was due to my not providing an email during the order process, which seems untrue. They gave me a tracking number that now appears to be invalid, and I'm still waiting for my order. I've asked for a refund but don't expect to get it.
