I placed my order in November and have received no updates on shipping. The tracking number is unavailable, and I'm still waiting for a response from the support team. I ordered two basket beds and am quite disappointed.
I ordered two dog ramps at the beginning of November, expected by November 25th, but they were delayed. After seeing many negative reviews, I reached out to customer support, who quickly assured me the ramps were on their way. A few days later, they arrived, and I set them up. They look fantastic and feel sturdy. I confirmed receipt, and customer service not only thanked me but also shared helpful tips for my dog. I'm deducting one star solely due to the delivery delay, but I recommend the ramp based on my positive experience.
I've ordered twice already. The first time was for a calming bed and the second for a cat basket and cleaning glove. All items arrived promptly and were as described. My cat loves both the bed and the basket! Customer support is excellent; when the bed was a bit small, they sent a larger one at no extra cost. They respond quickly to inquiries and genuinely seem to care about pets.
I ordered a cat bed on August 24, 2025, and have yet to receive it. When I contacted them, they claimed I omitted my house number, even though I used Apple Pay, which filled in my address. I provided the house number on September 26, but I've heard nothing since. This feels like a scam, and I've requested a tracking number or a refund without any response.

When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was due to my not providing an email during the order process, which seems untrue. They gave me a tracking number that now appears to be invalid, and I'm still waiting for my order. I've asked for a refund but don't expect to get it.
I was unsure if my cat would like another bed, but the basket turned out to be a hit. As soon as I placed it down, she jumped in and hasn’t left it since. Its shape is adorable, and the material is both durable and soft. It maintains its shape well and doesn’t shed fibers like cheaper options. I also appreciate the attached rope toy, which my cat plays with before dozing off. It’s cozy without being too hot, and it looks great in my living room. Highly recommend if your cat enjoys a snug spot!
