I placed my order on December 3rd. It wasn't until December 19th that I learned it had just shipped. I received no updates, so I reordered, thinking I had made an error. Now, two orders are going to the same address since I was unaware the first one was being processed. The explanation given was absurd, and the offered compensation was a night light for my trouble—without even a puzzle to go with it! I will not be ordering from this service again.
