Due to the lack of updates from the service, I thought I had made a mistake and reordered, leading to two shipments to the same address. The explanation was unsatisfactory, and the compensation offered was a night light for my trouble—without even a puzzle! I will not be ordering from this service again.
The service utilizes AI for their products and website. I requested to cancel an order on the same day I placed it, but days later, I received an email saying it had shipped. When I followed up, they said they couldn't cancel it because it was already shipped. I then asked if I could return it for a refund upon arrival. They said 'Yes' but ignored my request to return it and instead mentioned refunding the shipping cost after agreeing to accept it back. When I received the item and asked to return it, they tried to charge me for return shipping and suggested I just keep the item.
