I subscribed to CV Genius in December 2024 and cancelled within 14 days, receiving written confirmation of the cancellation. However, I later discovered that payments continued to be taken from my account at various intervals for approximately 16 months afterward.I attempted to resolve this matter by email but received no response. I then contacted customer service by phone on numerous occasions, speaking with representatives named KC, Lyn, and John. Despite repeated requests for a full refund, I have only received six months refunded at £16 per month. I am still owed an additional 10 months of payments.I have been unable to speak with a supervisor or obtain meaningful responses via email. Additionally, when calling the UK contact number, I was informed that the call centre is based in Switzerland, which has made the process even more frustrating.Overall, the lack of customer service and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this service and advise others to exercise caution. I will continue to seek a full resolution to this matter.
