Deceptive billing practices — no cancel button in account settingsI signed up for the 14-day trial and when I tried to cancel, there was simply no cancel button anywhere in the account settings. The only option available was to download a receipt.Despite trying to cancel, CV Genius attempted to charge my card 3 times. This is completely unacceptable for a legitimate subscription service — hiding the cancellation option and continuing to attempt charges is a dark pattern that borders on fraud.I had to contact my bank to block the charges. Avoid giving your card details to this service.
