If I could rate this service with 0 stars, I would. I recently signed up for a basic CV design, expecting a one-time payment of around $2. Instead, they charged me NZD$54.50. When I reached out for a refund, they denied my request twice! Please avoid this service; it feels like a scam. I suspect the positive reviews are not genuine.
