I did not subscribe to any membership or recurring plan with your platform. I used your service only once and paid for that single use accordingly. Therefore, any attempt to debit my card again is completely unauthorized.
The charge was attempted on the card under the name Nicolae Avram. This is unacceptable and highly concerning.
I request the following immediately:
1. Cancel any subscription or recurring billing associated with my account.
2. Confirm in writing that no further charges will be made.
3. Refund immediately any amount that may have been processed.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the transaction with my bank and report the issue as an unauthorized charge.
