Ordered shoes from cxix and the day after I received a notice that I had to pay €50 in customs fees. I immediately emailed to cancel the delivery – no reply. Not after one, not after three emails. The package was returned at the border, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Meanwhile, the money was taken from my credit card.So disappointed in the lack of customer service. Don’t buy from cxix if you’re outside the UK – you might end up paying for nothing. Meanwhile more than a month has passed.
