I am still waiting for responses to multiple emails regarding a monitor I ordered last November. It continues to be listed as "available" on their website. I have an email confirmation stating it was "shipped" on December 12, 2025, yet UPS has not received the item. All I get are automated messages telling me to wait another 3 business days for a response that never comes. Given my experience, I would suggest steering clear of this service.
