I am still waiting for replies to several emails regarding a monitor I ordered back in November. It remains listed as "available" on the company's site. I have an email confirmation indicating it was "shipped" on December 12, 2025, but UPS has yet to receive the item. All I receive are automated messages instructing me to wait another 3 business days for a reply that never arrives. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this service.

If I could give a ZERO star, I definitely would. My experience has been terrible. I purchased a monitor online, and it took over 2 weeks to deliver. When I called, they assured me it would arrive "soon," but it never did. Living in Berlin, I decided to visit the store to pick it up myself. They allowed me to do that but insisted I pay again, promising to refund my original purchase. It has now been 2 MONTHS, and I’ve received NOTHING, not even my money back. I got a refund of 7 EUROS?! The monitor cost over 200. I’ve called multiple times, but the staff is unhelpful and clueless.
I purchased a Mac Studio online for about 4000 Euros and chose to pick it up at the store in Hamburg. The email confirmation instructed me to bring a passport and the order number. When I arrived, the clerk refused to give me my order because I am Swiss and did not have a German passport. Arguing was futile, and I left empty-handed. What a disappointing experience.

I was informed there was a backlog of 24 orders, causing significant delays. Unfortunately, it seems many companies misrepresent product availability, wasting consumers' time. I had to cancel my order and look elsewhere. At least the customer support was helpful and accessible, which is rare these days.
Future customers, please take note before ordering. If something goes wrong with your order, you will likely receive no assistance. I reported a serious issue and waited 4 weeks without a response from customer service. They claim to reply within 3 business days, but that promise is worthless. I sent several follow-ups and was completely ignored. After reading many similar reviews, it’s evident this is a recurring issue. If you are considering placing an order, be aware that you might be left to fend for yourself. I deeply regret ordering here.
The product arrived with a damaged package and was defective inside. I tried multiple times to contact the retailer, but received no response via email and was kept on hold indefinitely when I called. This is the worst place to shop, and the service feels completely fraudulent.

Terrible customer service! I sent my PC in for repairs under warranty. I received an email stating my package was on its way back over 10 business days ago. The tracking status hasn't updated in over 6 days and shows it as "Return to sender." I've been trying to call for the last 3 business days, but can’t reach anyone. I’m stuck in an automated menu with elevator music for over an hour at a time, with no human response.
