If I could give a ZERO star, I definitely would. My experience has been terrible. I purchased a monitor online, and it took over 2 weeks to deliver. When I called, they assured me it would arrive "soon," but it never did. Living in Berlin, I decided to visit the store to pick it up myself. They allowed me to do that but insisted I pay again, promising to refund my original purchase. It has now been 2 MONTHS, and I’ve received NOTHING, not even my money back. I got a refund of 7 EUROS?! The monitor cost over 200. I’ve called multiple times, but the staff is unhelpful and clueless.
