I reported a serious issue and waited 4 weeks without a response from customer service. They claim to reply within 3 business days, but that promise is worthless. I sent several follow-ups and was completely ignored. After reading many similar reviews, it’s evident this is a recurring issue. If you are considering placing an order, be aware that you might be left to fend for yourself. I deeply regret ordering here.
