I placed an order on December 1, which was listed as in stock with a 2-4 day shipping estimate. After 3 days, I still hadn’t received a confirmation email, so I contacted customer service. I was informed there was a backlog of 24 orders, causing significant delays. Unfortunately, it seems many companies misrepresent product availability, wasting consumers' time. I had to cancel my order and look elsewhere. At least the customer support was helpful and accessible, which is rare these days.
