I am truly shocked by the poor customer service. It feels non-existent. I have been waiting for over a month, and they continue to ignore my inquiries. I wrote several emails without receiving a single reply. They promise to respond within 3 business days, but that is far from the truth. More than 4 weeks have passed with no updates. This was a costly order, and I did not expect such treatment from a large company. It seems they only care once they have your money. I want to warn future customers to be cautious before ordering, as you may not receive help if issues arise.
