Terrible customer service! I sent my PC in for repairs under warranty. I received an email stating my package was on its way back over 10 business days ago. The tracking status hasn't updated in over 6 days and shows it as "Return to sender." I've been trying to call for the last 3 business days, but can’t reach anyone. I’m stuck in an automated menu with elevator music for over an hour at a time, with no human response.
