I recently purchased two PCs for myself and my brother, and they arrived promptly with all the custom features I requested. The delivery was quick and on schedule. However, upon unboxing, one of the PCs had a malfunction with an error warning. I reached out to the customer support team and got assistance almost immediately. The representative was very helpful and provided steps to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, those steps didn’t resolve the problem, but returning the PC was easy, thanks to the excellent customer service at every stage. I have now received the repaired PC, and it’s functioning perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This is my second experience with the service, and both times have been straightforward with outstanding customer support.
