The website is layed out perfectly and made very easy to pick the PC i wanted then adjust a few of the specs to suit my personal choice, was easy right from setting up an account to the delivery of my pc, had enough information on the ordered process and given plenty of information for after care, well packaged and turned up before the due date, very professional and would use them again!

I purchased a system from them about two years ago and recently the CPU cooler pump failed as soon as the warranty expired causing me to pay out of pocket to fix it, sure bad luck whatever

Then about a month later the PSU begins to fail and I contact them again. Out of warranty, have to pay. Sure. I purchased their packaging, I follow the instructions and then ship it to them. 5 days later they come back to me saying I packaged it incorrectly and have to pay another £60 for a new case on top of all the money I have had to pay fixing these cheap parts it came with. I would heavily avoid using them and I regret purchasing my partner a system from them before this all happened, will never be using this company again and I would highly advise anyone to do the same. All they do is attempt to squeeze money from you at every turn

Unacceptable Experience

Unacceptable experience. My son, who has autism and ADHD, had been looking forward to a large PC we saved up for as a Christmas gift. We carefully selected all the components, spending around £500 extra to ensure they matched in brand and lighting. The PC arrived on December 23rd, and my son had a meltdown upon seeing that the case had been changed. They claimed the original case was out of stock but still listed it as an option a week after the build was completed. When I reached out for assistance, they refused to refund me for the case, leaving me with the choice to return it for a full refund or send the PC back, buy the correct case, and then have them install it. There was no communication about this change, which could have been resolved during the building process. I spent £2300 only to cause my child distress instead of joy.

Excellent Experience with the Service

I recently purchased two PCs for myself and my brother, and they arrived promptly with all the custom features I requested. The delivery was quick and on schedule. However, upon unboxing, one of the PCs had a malfunction with an error warning. I reached out to the customer support team and got assistance almost immediately. The representative was very helpful and provided steps to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, those steps didn’t resolve the problem, but returning the PC was easy, thanks to the excellent customer service at every stage. I have now received the repaired PC, and it’s functioning perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This is my second experience with the service, and both times have been straightforward with outstanding customer support. Product: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a PC!

Disappointing experience with the order

I ordered a PC with a specific graphics card, but there was some foam inside that wouldn't come out. When I tried to play a game, the screen flickered with odd textures, and the system crashed repeatedly. This has completely ruined my holiday!

Reliable quality in custom builds

I have relied on this provider multiple times for monitors and various items, but I had never purchased a PC, always opting for another well-known UK brand. I decided to try something different and ordered a custom-built PC. The build process on the website was straightforward and user-friendly, and the regular updates on progress were an excellent feature. I would definitely choose this service again.

Rapid and effective support

The support provided was rapid, responsive, and understanding, even through a second request for a replacement part. They shipped the replacement incredibly quickly, so I was hardly without my PC. Truly top-notch service, and the representative was thorough and asked all the right questions; I'm sure the rest of the team is excellent too, but I hope I won't need to find out!
