Unacceptable experience. My son, who has autism and ADHD, had been looking forward to a large PC we saved up for as a Christmas gift. We carefully selected all the components, spending around £500 extra to ensure they matched in brand and lighting. The PC arrived on December 23rd, and my son had a meltdown upon seeing that the case had been changed. They claimed the original case was out of stock but still listed it as an option a week after the build was completed. When I reached out for assistance, they refused to refund me for the case, leaving me with the choice to return it for a full refund or send the PC back, buy the correct case, and then have them install it. There was no communication about this change, which could have been resolved during the building process. I spent £2300 only to cause my child distress instead of joy.
