I paid only for a 7-day access to test this app. I was never clearly informed or asked to confirm any monthly subscription, yet they took a monthly payment from my card without my consent.When I contacted support, they refused to return the money they charged without permission. This behavior is misleading, dishonest, and looks like a scam tactic used to trick users into paying.No company should be allowed to quietly charge customers for something they did not agree to. This app cannot be trusted with your money. Protect your card and avoid this service.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! SCAM! I only bought a one week subscription, after this period they automatically charged me for a whole month which I didn't subscribe to. They are now saying it was a trial period. Paid subscription is not a trial!!! They refuse to refund money for something I don't even use because the app is terrible.
I don’t understand how this scammers continue to still using their platform to scam more people,about ripping off their money.They did reached out to me after I emailed them about my situation,but guess what?They don’t take any situation seriously,they just ripe off money from your pocket,Please don’t use this app,do not sign up with their subscriptions
I went through with a purchase expecting a detailed plan explaining the cycle and what to eat when. It does not do that. It gives you 3 (very plain) meals for the day, no spices or anything. It’s not even a meal a few ingredients slapped into the day. There’s no insight before purchasing. I tried canceling within 5 minutes of purchasing and was told I could not get a refund. It’s absolutely scammy. They try to “upsell” a ton of different plans before you can even see what’s included. Don’t fall for it like I did!
