The bicycle was put in a box without any protection especially from being compressed on the sides (example a styrofoam that would pass on the frame of the bike to protect the bike from vibration and compression). Because the bike was free to vibrate and move, the deltech cable got entangled with the pedal and had damage on deltech cable cover (probably the pedal rotated as it is not secured during the shipping). I can show video and photos if proof is needed.The shipping took some time but it was not your fault.Despite that, im still happy coz you are selling brands and models that are hard to find at a very reasonable price.
