The Machine works great and the customer service has been equally great. I was ready to buy the XL model but they suggested I buy the next smaller model because of my mower. That convinced me that they were more interested in a happy customer than in pure profit. I own a battery powered mower (Ryobi 48ZTR100) and they worked to get the easiest to attach hitch bar. It, of course, uses more battery with the rake attached. After 2+ hours of mowing I had 40% remaining. Normally there would be 50-55% remaining. I filled the container 3 times in that time. They suggested I practice in an open area before mowing and I'm very glad I did. It takes time to get used to the rake sticking out and swinging the opposite direction of the turn. I'm very happy with this purchase.
