As others have previously said, if I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. From the customer service to the product build and even the product satisfaction guarantee, it’s all been an amazing experience. I initially ordered the two point connection rake and found that it was too large and unwieldy for my lawn and obstacles. I was not able to convert my unit to single point, however, I was able to send back the two point unit even after using it on my lawn and replace it with a single point unit. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience!!
The customer service over the phone was great, the sales rep listen to what I needed and order the correct lawn mover adapter for my John Deere. The instructions were simple to follow and parts came fast and in perfict condiction. I have only used the vac twice, but worked great for what I needed.
Purchased a cyclone Rake commercial pro in 2022. A weld failed on the frame this season. I was told machine is out of warranty and only option is to purchase a new frame. After speaking with customer service they determined that due to an engine upgrade that was purchased previously. The machine was still under warranty and they would be able to warranty the broken part.
Initial shipment missing two boxes that were needed which were tow hitch and MDA adapter Once received the MDA adapter box had no instruction on attaching to mower deckThe bolts that came with it were not enough and did not work for my deck despite them saying it was specific to mower model number I provided. I have gone back and forth 3 times I finally give up and went to Home Depot to purchase the additional bolts needed. They sent an extra leaf bag which I did not order but returned to them since I did not pay for extra bagThen I purchased the 3rd wheel system and box was missing mounting bar and had to go back with the box to show that the spot it belonged to in the foam container was not there. No apologies for missing parts and inconvenience of going back and forth to get the missing parts and now after paying all this money for equipment I need to go and get the bolts missing I urge caution in purchasing while it was easier for me to address the issue since I lived in the next town over those of you in other states be prepared to improvise and deal with missing parts. Not sure who does their packaging but they need to do a better job
When you selected the item to purchase the website did not do anything… it just sat there. I finally found a way around it but I’m not sure I could duplicate it. It was like I was just sitting waiting for a page to load and it never happened…Woodland Power products called to follow up on my issue and were genuinely concerned that I had issues. Not sure exactly what happened or why… I was impressed that they called me to discuss the situation not just dismissed the issue and moved on. Great job on follow up and care for the customer!

Tonya checked my order etc. And told me the part i thought i never paid for came with the part i had ordered. Anyway they have the best customer service i have ever experienced anywhere.
