I ordered the incorrect product and they waived the shipping back. Then I ordered the correct product and left one item off my order. I called back and talked to Edgar and explained how had I included the last item in my cart I would of received 15% off the order. He went out of his way to accommodate me and give me the additional discount on the item I still needed. Moral of the story... call them and let them drive when it comes to mower switching and accessories. They know. Thanks Edgar for the knowledge and help.
