I bought a pump in September, I used it camping in June and it did an absolutely brilliant job of inflating my tent, the first time I have got the pressure right and thus the poles lost no air! On trying to recharge the pump it showed an error message. I contacted Cycplus who told me it could be low power output from the plug, made sense we were in France. I tried when home, again it showed a fault . On reporting the fault from home the company issued a replacement, I was told it would arrive in four days, it came in two. This was an absolutely brilliant response from the company, excellent help, excellent service i would highly recommend them, and the quality of the pump is superb, just a faulty one first time, these things can happen but the speed and response in solving it were outstanding.
