Terrible customer service. They sent me a tracking number and I never received my order. When I checked the tracking after 10 days of not receiving my order I sent an email to customer service, no response after 72 hours so I sent another email. No response again so I sent another email - they don't list a phone number on their website by the way. In my third email, I requested cancellation on the order. No response. The following week I reached out on Instagram, finally, I received a message back asking for my order #. I sent screenshots of all my emails and guess what NO RESPONSE again from Instagram. I followed up the next day and the Instagram manager said they would cancel my order. An hour later I got a shipping notification for the other items. I requested again for cancellation of the item I never received and the items they are saying are shipping after my requested cancellation from the previous week. I've reached out countless more times with no response anywhere, I've learned this is a terrible company with terrible leadership that doesn't value customers or our population. If they did they would be donating proceeds from mask sales which they are seeking for $35 and completely crappy and itchy. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and asked my credit card to dispatch the portion of the charge I never received. Disgusting behavior from what used to be a brand I thought made cute items, but without a proper business model, your cute designs mean nothing.DO NOT ORDER
