Useless customer support!I have a free service plan for 3 years.Time to book service B but there is no option on there website to book a free service, they want money.I booked the paid service and added a notice that I have a 3 year free service plan, so the service should be free. I received an email asking me to call customer support to book a free service or book a paid service with them.I tried calling customer support a few times, but hung up after 12-15 minutes of waiting on hold because I got tired of listening to stupid music and a message our customers are "important" to us.Today I received a phone call from customer support, they informed me that my plan expired on 11th December and they can't book a free service for me because the first available slot they have is on 18th December.There is no free slot for a free service which is just oil and filter changes, but I was offered a paid service for £230.
