I purchase two of the same item at $107.75 each on 27 October 2023. Dack Outdoors restocks the item at least four times throughout November to the 28th of December. The price fluctuates between $126.77 or more at such time. My order enters the status of "now processing" on the 25th of November until refunded on the 22nd of December without notice. Dack has five opportunities to fulfill my order since 03 January 2024. I can wait a few more weeks since almost two months pass already! Just fulfill the order in the same good faith I pay for it!The totality of negative reviews reveals a pattern of deceitful behavior:1) Blame the supplier for some ambiguous discrepancy.2) Feign remorse with a "copy & paste" apology.3) Offer resolution under pretense of Christian values.4) Do nothing to keep word.Ask any Dack customer service representative after experiencing circumstances 1 through 3 the following question: Will you honor the price paid for the same item under the original order?I receive the sound of crickets for the answer and confirmation of the 4th circumstance. Dack reneges on orders to satisfy its avarice by offering to process a new order at the higher price! Dack exemplifies the worst kind of hypocrite who denies being one under the pretense of religion. Pay a little more to a reputable retailer for peace of mind and avoid the grief of dealing with Dack Outdoors."They will hold to an outward form of godliness but deny its power.
