Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If given the option, I would rate this service a zero. The operation is not only slow and disorganized, but it also fails to meet basic expectations of customer care. From numerous reviews, it's clear that this company struggles with inventory management, delays in refunds, and a lack of regard for customers. There are far too many trustworthy retailers available to waste your time and money here. The actions of the management should be a source of embarrassment.

Frustration Over Delayed Package and Refund Issues

I’ve been waiting since November 21 for my package to arrive. I finally managed to contact the support team, and they mentioned they would investigate the matter. However, I still haven’t received my order, so I decided to cancel. I have yet to receive my refund, and after reading various reviews, I feel like I might have been scammed. Proceed with caution.

Deceptive promises and poor communication.

The representatives claim they are looking into issues, but it takes at least 48 hours to get a reply to an email, and there’s no phone support available. They delay processing shipments for 28 to 31 days to give the impression that things are moving quickly, but that is not the case. I’ve been waiting for over 63 days now without any response. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

On December 5, 2025, I received an email from them confirming that it had been over 30 days since my order and they would be issuing a refund of my $1,196. The owner of this company has a background in car sales for six years—draw your own conclusions.

Frustrating experience

I can relate to what others have said. I did receive a product once, but it took an unreasonable amount of time. They take your money, likely earning interest on it, and even when they eventually refund it months later, they benefit. I’ve been persistent in emailing them about my latest order, which is nearing four months without a shipping date. Legal action may be my next step. They are truly scam artists.

Uncertainty about product delivery

Unfortunately, like many others, I didn't see the reviews until after my purchase. They advertise low prices but take 30 days to ship. I wasn't in a hurry, so I thought it was fine. Fast forward to 35 days later, and I checked in. They said my item hadn't shipped yet and offered to cancel. When I asked about the timeframe, they said they had no idea. It's been over a month, and I’m basically paying in advance for a chance to receive this item. If not, I get refunded. What kind of business model is that? I will avoid them in the future unless I can wait indefinitely for a product.

A complete scam

This place is a total scam! I made a $550 purchase, believing the item was in stock. Shortly after, it showed as unavailable. I tried to reach out but received no response. I wanted to cancel my order, but they claimed I couldn't for 30 days and would impose a 5% cancellation fee. It's been over 30 days, and I still haven't heard anything. No way to contact them. I reported them to my credit card and filed a dispute. I also contacted the manufacturer of the item I bought and learned it was a limited run with no more available. This seller is a total scam! I wish I had seen the negative reviews before ordering. All the other reviews are spot on. Now I'm struggling to get my money back. What a rip-off!

Disappointing experience

Regrettably, I didn’t see the negative reviews before placing my order. I ordered an item at the end of September, and a few days later, the status changed to processing. Now it's early November, and they’re asking if I want to wait longer, offering to refund the shipping cost. No thanks. They act as dropshippers and have no reason to hold customer funds for over 30 days.

Order cancellation frustration

They canceled my order after I inquired about its status, two and a half months without any updates. Please consider ordering elsewhere. Their prices seem almost fraudulent, and when it says in stock, it never ships. Communication takes several days, and it feels like fraud—taking payment, then leaving you in the dark for two months before refunding. Something is definitely off with this seller.
