My experience with this business was less than adequate. I placed an order for a buttstock on February 1st and another order for a handguard on the 5th. As of March 4th, neither of my orders had been shipped. This is unacceptable. I emailed them to cancel both orders. I will see how long it takes to get my $200+ refund credited back to me. No apologies, no we are sorry. To be fair in this review, while looking closely at their website they do state this is not a quick order site and that they can take up to 30 days to ship. I patiently waited 33 days and neither of my orders had been shipped. I can't imagine how they continue doing business. I found the same handrail cheaper at Tactical Surplus USA and got it delivered within 5 business days. That's a good online business working toward great customer service that I will continue to do business with. I hope this helps any who reads this review. If only I had known this before I ordered from them.
