Sadly, I will not be doing business with this company anymore. I previously bought hats that I liked and fit well. However, I received one as a gift this Christmas that was made of a different fabric and does not fit. I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange it for store credit to keep supporting them. They informed me that they wouldn’t allow that, leaving me with an unusable product and my wife’s money wasted. This is not only frustrating, but the email response I received was addressed to someone else, highlighting the lack of customer care. As a regular customer, I find this outcome extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
