There are no returns or exchanges on hats. I bought one in November as a Christmas gift, and now that a month has passed and Christmas is over, we’ve realized it’s too big. It’s a nice-looking hat, but now I’m stuck with it and my husband missed out on a gift. I refuse to buy another one because if it doesn’t fit again, I know there are no returns or exchanges.
