Initially, customer service mentioned they would consult with management, but then they went silent until I followed up several times. The final response was a firm no based on their policy. There was no flexibility, no goodwill, and the follow-up was lacking. Regardless of policies, this was a straightforward situation that could have been handled better. Instead, it became prolonged and was ultimately dismissed. The product may be acceptable, but the customer experience left much to be desired.
