ordered a mookie betts hat, nvr rcvd any tracking number. almost 3 was later rcvd a confirmation the hat was delivered. went outside, no hat. reviewed my security footage, no delivery was ever made. contacted dad gang and they tell he i have to file a claim with USPS before they will take any action. USPS approves my claim, i sent to dad gang and they refuse to send me a new hat. i didn’t even want a refund, just the hat re-sent. worse company i’ve ever purchased from or had to deal with. their customer service department is horrendous. stay far, far, away.
