Supuestamente dicen que sus flores son frescas y recién cortadas. Pero en mi caso, me enviaron rosas casi marchitas que solo duraron 3 dias. En otras ocaciones no las han enviado a tiempo. las han entregado el proximo dia. en otra ocacion las entregaron donde no era y cuando llame hacer el reclamo la que atendio era grocera mal educada.. Ya han sido varias veces. No los volvere a usar para envios de ninguna clase.They supposedly say their flowers are fresh and just cut. But in my case, they sent me almost wilted roses that only lasted 3 days. On other occasions they have not sent them on time. They delivered them the next day. On another occasion they were delivered to the wrong place and when I called to make the claim, the person who answered was rude. It has already been several times. I will not use them again for shipments of any kind.
