Great Products, Poor Support

Have been using them for years from overseas as the purchasing process is straight forward and the artistry evident. They are expensive but still affordable. However, if your order is not delivered or is delivered incomplete (without any extra items you may have added) good luck getting a timely response, store credit or a refund.

Don’t deliver the order- potential scam

Don’t use them. They take your money and don’t deliver. All customer services say is that they are looking into your case and never provide any evidence of proof of delivery as they know there isn’t any. I have asked to raise a complaint and for a refund and they don’t respond with anything but “we’re looking into your case”. Don’t waste your time ordering flowers with them
