I ordered 1 large toiletry bag and 2 Landon Carryall Extra Large bags on Nov. 6, 2022. On Dec. 2, I received 5 very small bags in a very large box. I didn't receive a single item I ordered. My packing slip was for the items I ordered (and was charged for), and not for the items I received (much lower value). This suggests factory theft. The customer service phone number says, "We can't take your call now. Call back later." I called during the hours of service listed on their website.I sent a note which they said they'll try to respond within 48 hours, not counting weekends. Now what? They made a mistake (?) and now I'm stuck spinning my wheels. They've charged my credit card and I don't have the items I ordered and I can't reach them. Be careful.
