I received a large neoprene diaper bag as a gift. Less than two years later, the ties on the zippers broke, and the metal piece used to adjust one of the straps also failed. Given the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I cannot recommend this type of bag due to its poor quality.
I placed an order for a bag on Dec. 14, and as of Dec. 30, the package is just now tracked by UPS, expected to arrive on Jan. 6. This shipping speed is unacceptable. They seem to consolidate shipments at a warehouse and only call for a pickup once enough products are collected. Expect to wait about a month for your order! This is a poor customer experience. Most companies manage to deliver within a few weeks. Disappointing treatment of customers.

I ordered a jewelry case that arrived with a large stain on top. It was evident that it left the facility this way, indicating poor quality control. After a week of trying to reach out via email and social media, I received no response to resolve this issue and had to file a chargeback with my bank. Ignoring customers is unacceptable. This company needs significant improvements in quality control and customer service. I will not be purchasing again.
I've made multiple purchases and have consistently found the bags to be excellent, with plenty of organizational compartments. Everything is well-designed. I've only bought various neoprene products like a backpack, crossbody, duffle bag, and phone sling, and they all matched the descriptions perfectly (though I wish one was larger). I haven’t needed to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that.
I bought a bag recently, and after the first use, the handles began to peel. The locks are flimsy plastic that come undone while using the bag. I was excited about the design, but the quality is shockingly low for the price. I reached out to customer support twice and received no reply. This has been a terrible experience with an overpriced product and poorly designed features. I won't be shopping here again.
