11/01No answer since 5 days and I didn't received my order after 20 days... if nobody give info I will proceed with legal actions. The tracking n they provided the first time I contacted doesn't work. And now no news nor answers. UPDATE 20/01Almost 1 month to receive it today with really ghosting assistance for days, since a mattress might be urgent and I wasn't even sure to receive it anymore, I had to buy another one... Let's see now the return assistance and refund... Little detail, the TN was correct, and I received the item in 24 hours since they sent it... I found out the the problem was there... they sent it just yesterday.Suggestion: Being honest and say "sorry, we still didn't send it because of inaspected high amount of orders", might help the customer to trust and relax instead receive no answer for days and panic. I really thought I've lost my money.
