I can’t rate my box because it never arrived. I didn’t even get my box review until almost three weeks after the first box was due, AFTER, they told me it was already shipped. It is now the first week of November and still no box and they won’t cancel the order because they are saying it’s still in progress. They refunded the styling fee but I am still going to have to deal with returning an order THAT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I canceled my membership and all future shipments but that’s as much as they were able to do for me. This has been the worst experience ever. If you aren’t able to provide the service you should not offer it. The only way I’ve gotten information is to reach out and ask for updates. They provide a NO PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION ABOUT ORDER STATUS AT ALL AND TAKE NO CORRECTIVE ACTION WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURS. It doesn’t matter how good the clothes are, nothing is worth this headache.
