I had a credit and when I went to complete transaction and the credit dissapeared. I contacted customer service by text and the issure was corrected within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service along with great quality clothes. Way to run a respectful company

Cancellation Attempt Failed with No Updates

I mistakenly placed an order on October 17 and attempted to cancel it. I was informed that cancellation is not possible until after receiving the order. Now it's December, and I've received no updates regarding the delay. The tracking indicates December 8 but shows no progress. I cannot recommend this service.

Getting Ripped Off???

I paid a styling fee on 9/29/25. On 10/27/25 I was charges $80 more in styling fees. I have not received a thing. According to their website, my box is sitting waiting to be picked up by UPS. It has been sitting there since 10/13/25. Today is 11/5/25, almost 3 weeks.

Worst service ever

I can’t rate my box because it never arrived. I didn’t even get my box review until almost three weeks after the first box was due, AFTER, they told me it was already shipped. It is now the first week of November and still no box and they won’t cancel the order because they are saying it’s still in progress. They refunded the styling fee but I am still going to have to deal with returning an order THAT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I canceled my membership and all future shipments but that’s as much as they were able to do for me. This has been the worst experience ever. If you aren’t able to provide the service you should not offer it. The only way I’ve gotten information is to reach out and ask for updates. They provide a NO PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION ABOUT ORDER STATUS AT ALL AND TAKE NO CORRECTIVE ACTION WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURS. It doesn’t matter how good the clothes are, nothing is worth this headache.

The sizes they send me are not correct and items not correct pattern or color as preview

The sizes they send me are not correct. The last box has xs- which I wear, and two or three items that were large or extra large. The items sent are not the same color or pattern as those in the preview. I was charged for the last box after returning all items due to the above reasons. I love Stitchfix, Shortbox, and Wantable. Cancelling my subscription.

Delayed shipping, no communication or resolutions

I ordered my Daily Look box in September and expected to receive it the week of 10/19. Two weeks later, and the package hasn't even shipped. I've reached out a couple of times, and they simply say, "We recommend you wait, or that maybe UPS missed the scans." I have the UPS look-ahead, and it has not shipped - they simply created the label two weeks ago and never actually shipped it. I went into the Reddit threads, and a lot of people said their boxes were also 4-6 weeks late. I'm really disappointed and won't be purchasing again. Had a much better experience with Stich Fix.
