Poor support experience

The customer service is extremely lacking, with no phone contact and insufficient technical support. After buying a class, I faced a forbidden message. They recommended resetting my cookies, but the course still wouldn't work on my phone or my friend's device across three different browsers. There are clear technical issues. I eventually got a refund, but the entire experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.
