I've been using their programs for several years. I have never had a problem with accessing my courses, billing, or anything else. The face yoga program really works! I've purchased 16 courses so far.
Daily Om is such a game changer! You buy a course, not a monthly subscription. That means there is no expiry date! You get the whole cycle designed to reach some goals, not a some week plan, and you follow the course according to your own pace. I enjoyed the parasympathetic nervous system reset: it has a number of excellent exercises and - surprise!- they are effective in different circumstances. The course helped me overcoming burnout and one year later my boyfriend used the same the exercises for relieving the pain of his chronic inflammation of the sciatic nerve. Instructors are great, the app is beautiful and there are so many extra interesting free contents to browse!

I have bought several courses over the years, mainly related to fascia, and I appreciate that I can access them anytime. I've had no issues viewing them, and I'm honestly baffled by some of the negative reviews. I access them through the web rather than an app.
I have taken three courses and enjoyed each one. I intend to keep using them. The courses are well-produced, informative, and inspiring. There were some issues with older equipment connecting, but downloading the right app resolved those. I'm very satisfied.
I received the wrong course and wasted my money. I cleared my cache and tried to reach out to customer service, but there’s no contact info available. There's no way to access your account; you just have to accept what you get. Avoid this service!
