When I attempted to return the product for a correct size, I was shocked to find that the return shipping cost was more than the jacket itself, which had been sent with free shipping. I considered using a smaller box, but the guidelines suggested it might not be accepted, so I gave up on that idea. After my purchase, I read numerous negative reviews on a review platform and felt compelled to share my own experience. As another reviewer pointed out, it’s astonishing that such a large company operates their online shop in this manner. Despite spending a significant amount, I received no support, and the jacket advertised as a winter item with thermal protection is far from suitable for actual winter conditions. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will be discarding my current gear from this brand.
