As a new customer, I purchased pants that turned out to be too big. I returned them, but the company never issued a refund. I contacted them multiple times and received only excuses and promises of a refund that never came. I had to escalate the issue with my bank. Unless you know your size exactly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
