I am very dissatisfied with my order experience. I placed and paid for an order but only received part of it, and the items that arrived didn’t fit. I was told to wait for the rest of the order to initiate a return, but those items never arrived. Customer care confirmed that I would receive a refund that never materialized. It’s been over six weeks, and my inquiries about the refund and return have gone unanswered. I want a full refund and clear return instructions, but until then, I cannot recommend this company.
