I dislike writing negative reviews, but I urge others to steer clear of ordering online from this company, especially from their affiliated site. I ordered an item over a week ago with a promised delivery window of 5-7 business days, and it still hasn’t shipped. After multiple inquiries, I received generic responses stating I would be updated when it shipped. It shouldn't take this long, and I’m now worried I won’t receive anything at all.
