I contacted the company for a discount since I was willing to keep it, but they insisted on a lengthy claim process that required me to destroy the jacket before issuing a refund. This approach is wasteful and unreasonable. I shouldn’t have to pay full price for a defective item, and it’s disappointing that they refuse to offer a reasonable solution.
